Some of y’all have already met Monte—Red’s dad and Atlanta’s very own citizen stargazer. He majored in astrophysics, is a self-proclaimed nerd, and came out last year to talk to you about his telescopes.

Well, I’ve convinced him to come back and talk about one of my favorite space topics - GALAXIES!!!!

Come prepared to ask lots of questions—it’s going to be out of this world.

The class is free, but we’d love a headcount so we can prepare accordingly. Link coming soon.

Because of such high attendence, we will be having the night outside - dress appropriately!

We'll have our food menu available, with the best hot dogs in town, and have over 200 types of beer, wine, cider, mead, hard kombucha & seltzer and non-alcoholic options for everyone.

Ample, free parking is available in the Grant Park Clinic and behind the church*, to the right of Red’s (south). You can also park in front of Red’s or street parking off Benteen Way (0.1 mile away). Do not park in front of Iglesia Pentecostal el Tabernaculo de Restauracion or off Warmbreeze Rd SE. You will be towed.

Love your pup? Dogs are not allowed inside but are welcome in the outdoor beer garden. There is direct access to the beer garden along the south side of our building. Follow the concrete path through the bamboo forest.
