If you loved going to haunted houses as a kid and finding bowls of slick eyeballs and buckets of zombie brains, listen up. Our friend & Advanced Cicerone, Jen Blair, will take your taste buds on a malodorous journey with an off-flavors tasting - spooky style. As a national leader in beer education & judging, Jen could easily teach a technical Certified Cicerone Off-Flavor Training Course. But, we are both fans of Halloween and having a good time, so she's going to give you the 21+ version of those weird and gross Jelly Beans we grew up with (along with the science for butyric acid, 4MMP, the list goes on...).
